🚫 Update on Tirzepatide Availability

Due to changes in FDA regulations, compounded Tirzepatide is no longer allowed. Section 503A restricts compounding pharmacies from replicating medications that are already FDA-approved.

 

But there is an alternative: Tirzepatide is now available through LillyDirect in vial form.​

 

Please note: There is an additional $50 monthly fee for coordinating your order through me, in addition to the cost of the medication from LillyDirect.

What Medications Do You Offer?

We prescribe a variety of clinically effective weight loss medications, including GLP-1 agonists.

These medications work by reducing appetite and helping you feel fuller for longer. Depending on your preferences and coverage, prescriptions can be sent to a local pharmacy or delivered from a compounding pharmacy (if applicable).

Note: We do not prescribe controlled substances.

Option 1: Using Your Insurance

• Initial appointment: $200 (one-time, due at scheduling, not billable to insurance)

• Includes one prior authorization submission, if needed

• If your insurance approves the medication: $25/mo. refill fee

• If an appeal is required: $50 per appeal

 

Option 2: Paying Out-of-Pocket

• Initial appointment: $200 (due at scheduling)

• Follow-up every 4 weeks to track progress

• Multiple pricing options for compounded medications
