Effective Medications:

We offer a range of prescription weight loss medications, including GLP-1 agonists including semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro). These medications help reduce appetite and increase feelings of fullness. Medication prescriptions can be sent to your local pharmacy or delivered to your home from a compound pharmacy . We do not prescribe controlled substances.

Option 1: Insurance Coverage For Medication

Please note the following regarding our weight loss program:
$100 consultation fee is due at the time of scheduling the appointment and will not be billed to your insurance.
Medication costs are not included in the consultation fee.
We will complete any necessary prior authorizations with your insurance company for weight loss medication, if applicable.

 

Option 2: Out-of-Pocket Pricing

$100 consultation fee is due at the time of scheduling the appointment. If you choose a weight loss program (excluding prescription brands covered by insurance), I will credit you $50 towards the first month's plan

If your insurance does not cover the treatment, we provide various pricing options for compounded medications, including both oral capsules, subinguinal and injectable forms. See pricing below. Follow up appointment every 4 weeks to review progress!

Nutrition & Diet:

Proper nutrition is essential for effective weight loss. Our program combines medication with personalized diet and exercise plans to maximize results.

 

Initial Visit:

Your first appointment includes a thorough medical evaluation and an overview of the weight loss program, including lab work orders if necessary.  We will work together to achieve your goals with personalized treatment plan.

 

Follow-Up Visits:

Every 4 weeks, we review your progress and adjust the plan as needed. Continuous support ensures you stay on track to achieve your goals. If your insurance covers medication

a $20 prescription refill along with the follow up appointment. No exceptions. ​​
